Transportation is available 24/7 with advance notice. Same-day and last-minute requests are welcome but depend on driver availability.
Are the MKE and O’Hare prices the same in both directions?
Yes. The published rate applies in either direction for standard one-way transportation involving Downtown Milwaukee and the listed airport.
Is there a minimum for hourly service?
Yes. Local hourly transportation has a two-hour minimum. Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments at $35.
Does waiting time count during hourly service?
Yes. Driving, scheduled stops, and waiting time are included in the total reserved duration.
When is my ride confirmed?
Your ride is confirmed only after the full quoted amount has been paid and you receive written confirmation.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup are nonrefundable.
Are child seats available?
Child seats may be available by advance request. Include the child’s age, approximate size, and requested seat type with the quote request.
How many passengers and bags can the Suburban accommodate?
The vehicle can generally accommodate up to six passengers and six standard-size suitcases. Actual capacity may vary based on bag sizes and requested child seats.
Can I request multiple stops?
Yes. Include every requested stop in the quote form so the full itinerary can be reviewed and priced.
